Taconic Hills’ Neil Howard, of Craryville, NY, displays his trophies after a record-setting day at the 2024 Loucks Games, in which he became the first male athlete to win three individual events in the same year at the meet. He was also named the meet’s outstanding field competitor.  A Titan indeed!
